The Agrarian Kitchen Eatery, a Two Hat restaurant located in New Norfolk, is looking for a restaurant manager. Someone who shares our unruly passion for world-class hospitality and sustainable dining. Someone with intuition, maturity and generosity of spirit.

Ability to train, develop and lead a front of house team
Strong desire to exceed customer expectations
Excellent customer service skills
Exemplary table side manner
Experience in all facets of recruitment
Experience in disciplinary procedures
Experience in running a busy shift
Strong attention to detail Financial experience
Emotional intelligence Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude Punctual, honest and approachable
