Help our team deliver the Australian Open! We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Ticketing and Tourism Coordinator to join our Tennis HQ team on a fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination of the administrative requirements associated with ticketing for the Australian Open and Australian Open Series events.
As the Ticketing and Tourism Coordinator, you will support our team in the following areas:
- Effectively utilise systems and software associated with requirements of Ticketing
- Accurate processing of bookings and reconciliation of payments
- Processing of ticketing and requests and invoices for internal stakeholders such as Board Members, Partners, and other TA departments
- Coordinate the processing of payments and confirmation letters
- Produce and maintain accurate ticketing sales (and other) reports as required
- Tourism Sales- Allocation of tickets to the tourism, and hospitality packages, evelop customer relationships with existing clients and continually renew their experience at AO
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and great attention to detail
- Sound Knowledge of the tourism industry and Travel Trade
- Ability to work within a team and communicate with people at all levels
- Sound knowledge of the AO tournament and AO Series of events
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
