Multi-Site – Executive Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor / Account Manager – Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced housekeeping professional who is client focused and a highly organised manager that possesses a “can do attitude”.  In this role you will be responsible for inspecting multiple sites each day, Monday to Friday while providing training & support to staff along the way and making sure all systems, policies & procedures are being followed. The main focus is to develop an excellent relationship & rapport with the client whilst maintaining a consistent delivery of service while always going ‘the extra mile’ to achieve an outcome that exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Areas of responsibility include: -

  • Having an acute eye for detail.
  • Ensuring quality standards are met.
  • QA site inspections & audits.
  • Ongoing training and support to existing staff on each site.
  • Develop and implement proven systems to ensure the consistent delivery of services.
  • Start up new accounts and bed in new teams.
  • Understand & implement Site Specifications & contractual obligations.
  • Manage all things housekeeping for the company in Victoria.
  • Be Computer competent with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Provide Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to the Operations Manager.
