About the role
We're looking for a dynamic, professional Restaurant Manager who shares our passion for our French food as much as we do and can inspire a team of 10 staff members in Lane Cove, NSW.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the day-to-day running of the all shop, supported by the head chef
- Manage and motivate a team of 20+ staff
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all customers receive the Four Frogs' restaurant experience
- Adhere to all company policies including food handling and OHS
- Manage labour costs for the restaurant
- Manage food costs for the restaurant
- Manage bookings
- Do the weekly roster, and work with the accountant for payroll and tax documents
Skills and Requirements
- Full Australian work rights
- Attention to detail and high service standards
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
- A positive attitude and enthusiastic personality
- A desire to pursue a career in the hospitality industry
- Experience in managing labour costs, food costs and profit/loss
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and other compliance obligations
- RSA (compulsory)
