About the role

We're looking for a dynamic, professional Restaurant Manager who shares our passion for our French food as much as we do and can inspire a team of 10 staff members in Lane Cove, NSW.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the day-to-day running of the all shop, supported by the head chef
  • Manage and motivate a team of 20+ staff
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all customers receive the Four Frogs' restaurant experience
  • Adhere to all company policies including food handling and OHS
  • Manage labour costs for the restaurant
  • Manage food costs for the restaurant
  • Manage bookings
  • Do the weekly roster, and work with the accountant for payroll and tax documents

Skills and Requirements

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Attention to detail and high service standards
  • Relevant experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
  • A positive attitude and enthusiastic personality
  • A desire to pursue a career in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in managing labour costs, food costs and profit/loss
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and other compliance obligations
  • RSA (compulsory)
