To be successful in the role:

• You would have had experience as an assistant or restaurant manager for at least 2 years
• Be flexible working a mix of days, night and weekends
• Have experience in leading teams of 15 +
• Have experience rostering for high numbers in accordance with set labour costs
• Have experience with stock management, waste management and P&L statements
• Will have high attention to detail
