We're on the hunt for a talented & versatile Sous to join a team that loves great quality produce, superior customer service & cooking!

Our client, a highly regarded Perth hospo company, is seeking a talented Sous Chef who is ready to make their mark as an integral part of the busy casual dining scene. The food offering is delicious & showcases authentic modern food with an eye firmly on quality!

With everything made with quality in mind, this is a dream job for a passionate and dedicated Chef who loves their craft and has a good understanding and interest in modern techniques and loves a busy service!

You:
Level headed, sensible, calm under pressure and resilient.
Focused on the produce, flavour, great cooking, including new techniques.
You take direction well from these relaxed professionals.
Organised and thorough with attention to detail.
Ambitious & hungry for success for the whole kitchen brigade.
You’re ready to step up in your responsibilities and are eager to learn more.

Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Head Chef to support (& learn from them).
Assisting in menu planning – with fresh, interesting and creative ideas.
Managing multiple sections and developing Junior staff.

For you:
Roster is balanced across 7 days @ 45/46 hours.
An easy going atmosphere that is focused and excited about food - no room for drama!
Salary is $60-$65k + super.
