Goldie Asian Canteen + Brews celebrates the morning till night Yum Cha + Asian BBQ diner, commonly found on the street corners of Hong Kong and revisits the tea house rituals of ‘coming together’.
MISSION
We are seeking an innovative leader who is bold in their strategies to provide an exceptional dining experience; and will bring their team along with them.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and manage the day to day restaurant, room service and bar service operations in the hotel while maximizing profitability and meeting customer’s needs.
- Develop and implement strategies with a view to enhance the guest experience and build loyalty
- Management and guidance of outlet staff, ensuring continuous improvement and skills development .
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a similar multi-outlet role is required
- Understanding of local food safety legislation and a dedication to best practice
- Natural leader who is able to develop a high performance team
- Flexible to work early mornings, late nights and weekends if required
