We are now looking for a full-time Groups and Events Executive to join our friendly and professional Conference, Events and Sales team.

 

You will be part of the planning team to coordinate and finalise all requirements for Groups & Events Business prior to event commencement. 

 

You will be responsible for handling hotel groups and events business and driving the relationships with our clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business. 


In this role you will play a key role in driving results of groups & events targets and procedures will be continually assessed to ensure team efficiency.

Ideally, you'll have at least 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or an equivalent combination of education. You will need the ability to drive both guest satisfaction and employee engagement with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
