The Sir Stamford Circular Quay is a 5 star, 105 room hotel, located in the heart of the CBD. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Full Time Porter/Concierge to join our Concierge Team.
The Role:
As a Porter, you are a key connection point between our Guests and the hotel.
You will be required to provide a warm and friendly welcome, escort our guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional guest service and ensure that our guests feel at home at all times. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for assisting with valet parking and storing guest luggage.
About You:
- Full NSW Manual Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Current NSW RSA
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas including restaurants, bars and attractions
- To be able to multi task and good organisation skills
- Flexible to work various rostered shifts over a seven day roster, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
- Ideally previous experience of at least one year in a similar role
