About the centre
YMCA Victoria manages a number of facilities on behalf of the City of Casey. These facilities include Casey ARC, Casey RACE, Casey Stadium, Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre, Berwick Leisure Centre, Doveton Pool in the Park and Olive Road Sporting Complex; these facilities making up the network of 'One Casey'.
About the role
The role of Café Team Leader is based at Casey ARC forms part of the One Casey Café Network. The Café Team Leader's primary focus is to oversee the management of the cafe within Casey ARC and its daily operations in line with the One Casey vision. This role includes a collaborative approach towards One Casey, as such, there is an expectation to work across all sites.
The Café Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team to ensure a high level of service to all members and guests. The role will require direct service is provided at Casey ARC, however, if required supporting other sites within the One Casey.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service, leading a staff team and other administrative responsibilities such as ensuring the successful delivery of the YMCA healthy eating policy.

Qualifications
Working With Children Check, HLTFA301B First Aid Level 2, HLTCPR201A CPR or equivalent (including defibrillator qualification). To be completed upon appointment; SITXFSA001 Level 1 Food Handler Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol, Safeguarding Children and Young People Certificate.
