Wait Staff

30-45 hrs per week.

Must be available nightly Tuesday - Saturday, and lunch Monday to Friday. Must have relevant experience.

Busy Bowen Hills Restaurant currently seeking experienced, motivated and passionate wait staff.

Montrachet is a well-established French restaurant with high volume, and regular clientele.

Successful applicants would have a minimum of 3 years experience in reputable high end establishment and possess the following skills and attributes:

• Very experienced with a la carte service, and wine service (must have done section waiting)

• Coffee experience an asset

• Mature, reliable and dedicated work ethic

• Passion for hospitality and thrive in a fast paced environment

• Highly driven customer service and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy bar or restaurant

• Excellent presentation and grooming, professional attitude

• Strong communication skills, excellent English, and ability to work in a team whilst also being able to work independently

• RSA Certificate
