The Marina Cafe is a busy 80 seat restaurant situated opposite Scotland Island at the Quays Marina in Church Point 5 minutes from Mona Vale, we do breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and dinner service on Friday and Saturday nights.
For breakfast we do a simple classic menu that doesn't change much and specials also, for lunch we do a small menu of 10 dishes that we change 4-5 times a year and specials aswell and with dinner we do 4 entrees and 5 mains and change it a bit more often. We use quality ingredients for everything, fish and veg straight from the market. We make everything in house except the bread the only thing brought into the kitchen are the raw ingredients, we have a very organised kitchen with good systems in place for everything, we have a really great talented hardworking junior crew that just needs a strong passionate chef to lead them!
What we need is a strong organised chef for this hands on role(would suit someone with a fine dining background) thats also a great motivator delegator communicator and leader. We need someone who can be responsible for and maintain the quality of the kitchen. The Marina Cafe can offer you a great salary and lifestyle while satisfying your passion for food.
