About the business and the role

Arte Bianca is an Italian pizzeria ristorante that prides itself on serving traditional, authentic Italian pizza, pasta, entrees and desserts. We are seeking a passionate and professional chef to join our small, dedicated team.

Arte Bianca are national award winners at Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence for Best Pizza Restaurant for the past two years running.

We serve causal yet high quality traditional Italian fare complimented by seasonal specials.    

Job tasks and responsibilities

As chef de partie, you will be responsible for cold larder, frying, desserts, prep, cleaning, stock rotation and have knife skills. 

This is a full time position, 5 nights Wednesday - Sunday and 2 lunches Saturday and Sunday. 

Skills and experience

You will have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role with the responsibilities above.

The position offers a great work/life balance with 2 days off per week.
