We've got a great pub with a refurbished restaurant, a new and passionate Management Couple who want to reestablish the Lionleigh as your Local!!

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to head up the kitchen.
To be considered for this position, we need you to have:
·A completed Commercial Cookery Qualification;
·Current QLD Food Handlers Certification;
·Competency with WHS and Food Safety standards;
·Be hands on, with a passion for food, and the ability to manage or run the kitchen in a calm, efficient and professional manner;
The HEAD CHEF will have the ability to:
·Source seasonal and local produce, and incorporate ingredients creatively and cost-effectively into the menu;
·Fully cost menu items, order and maintain stock levels and minimise wastage;
·Communicate effectively with a friendly disposition and the ability to integrate seamlessly into our small, tight-knit team;
·Work under pressure during busy periods, prioritising workloads and maintaining composure;
·Operate a computer (incl. Excel, email, online ordering where applicable);
·Be 100% reliable and committed to the role.
