About Troys and the role
Troys Hospitality Staff is one of Sydney's most established and respected agency's specialising in the supply of casual staff to the hospitality industry.
Troys are currently recruiting for experienced chefs interested in entering the aged care sector. With assignments varying from one-off shifts to ongoing assignments. We can offer work that can adapt to your availability and needs.
To be considered you must have minimum 2 years post apprenticeship experience or equivalent Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 2yrs post-apprenticeship experience in a kitchen
- Experience in Aged Care or Hospitals desirable
- Trade qualifications
