If you are game for a big role, well here it is. One of Sydney's most established hotel groups has expanded North and taken over a neighbourhood hot spot in Mona Vale, given it a makeover and transformed the old girl into a real looker.

This venue is massive and the role is full-on, but if you love to get stuck in to roles that will test your abilities and offer you obstacles to overcome, keep reading. This venue offers 5 different food outlets ranging from casual food truck to premium casual sit-down dining, innovative cocktail offerings, tasty beer fresh off the taps and premium wines. 

Your guests will have their pick to peruse gaming outlets, lazy Sunday's in the beer garden, tailored events and functions of all kinds and walk-in's looking for a cold-one to refresh them from the beautiful summer sunshine! Ensuring productivity and customer experience across all facets, you will be an energetic and engaging hospo all rounder who can lead your team through F&B service, but not shy away from rolling up your sleeves and rounding up glasses on the floor when the occasion calls for it!

About you:

• Previous experience in a similar venue offering high-volume f&b service
• Exposure to financial management including managing labour costs and cogs
• Ability to commit to a rotating roster consisting of days, nights and weekend work
• Strong team leadership capabilities and ability to build a close team
• Previous gaming experience
• Desire to work front of house as well as commit to back of house duties.
