Hurricanes Grill Restaurants are vibrant, modern and delicious Steakhouse's, with locations situated in Sydney, Perth and Indonesia. With its in house flames it's the perfect place for every occasion. Famous for its succulent Ribs, Hurricanes Grill has become an Australian favourite, and continues to satisfy all who dine. We are looking to fill a number of roles at various locations:
Hurricanes Grill Darling Harbour
Hurricane's Grill Circular Quay
Hurricane's Grill Brighton-le-Sands
Hurricane's Grill Chatswood
Roles available:
Restaurant Supervisors
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience Managing teams of 15-40 people
- Must be able to work full time
- The ability to lead, mentor and train staff
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong administration skills including budgets, reports and electronic rostering systems
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety compliance
- Manage costs and ensure budgets are achieved.
- MUST BE A PERMANT RESIDENT OR AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
The successful applicant:
To be successful you will also need to have good communication and organisation skills. The ability to work well under pressure, to ensure day to day running of the restaurant. Good food and wine knowledge is essential. Must be passionate and reliable and work a rotating 7 day roster
