Up to 30 hours per week as a casual position with possible permanent position for the right person.
Located in the heart of the Riverina, the pub has been serving beers, dinners and providing accommodation since 2014. The Heritage listed building is full of charm and history. She is a well loved icon by locals and the wider region. The pub has built a strong following with the kitchen providing innovative pub fare as well as regular themed nights and specials. Seasonality and local produce play a large part in the menu planning. The search is now on for a forward thinking and fun pub chef to get creative with a contemporary country flare.
This venue has something for everyone. The warm glow of the open fires in the bar, wine room and traditional dining room help patrons to settle in with a cold beer, glass of local and regional wines and spirits.
The kitchen offers a variety of traditional pub favourites and up market options for you to get creative with. The head chef will have strong leadership skill and experience in running a busy kitchen with clear structure.
