Aquis Park - Home of the Gold Coast Turf Club & Event Centre host of Australia's Richest Race Day the Magic Millions Carnival is seeking a well-groomed outgoing friendly receptionist to work in a fast-paced team environment.
As the Raceday Receptionist you will be responsible for directing all front of house enquires and liaising with both patrons, owners, trainers, members & other members of staff.
With your friendly and proactive attitude, you will be challenged in this fast paced and exciting environment.
Complete on the job training provided.
All levels of experience considered however the following skills & attributes would be advantageous:
- Previous Reception experience
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
- Dispute resolution and negotiation skills
- Intermediate Computer skills to include Microsoft office.
- Well-presented and professional
- An eye for detail
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to respond to emerging needs quickly and make decisions on the spot
- Micropower software knowledge an advantage
Applicants must be available for an immediate start.
Role will include ongoing two days per week - Friday & Saturday with additional shifts offered during peak periods.
