The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced CSSD Staff to join our growing theatre team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled and professional workforce.
The role ensures that high standards for cleaning, assembly, inspecting, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment for CSSD and all ancillary departments is maintained.
CSSD Instrument Technician work in conjunction with the Operating Theatre staff to provide timely sterile products, trays and case carts where applicable, and maintaining consistency and continuous workflow between the various Operating Theatre areas and CSSD whilst practising exceptional customer service.
Shifts are available Monday to Saturday.

Essential Criteria
Successful applicants must possess:
- Current and ongoing work rights in Australia
- Certificate III in Sterilisation
- Understanding of 4187 Guidelines
- 6+ months CSSD experience
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and independently when required
- Strong attention to detail and strong process improvement of excellence.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time management skills
