PRACTICE MANAGER
Tanunda Medical Centre is a busy modern general practice that provides high quality community-based healthcare services to the rural community of the Barossa Valley and surrounding areas. There are currently 11 doctors and 2 registrars who are supported by nursing and administrative staff. The practice also participates in programs for medical students and trainee registered nurses.
We are looking for a Practice Manager to work 4 days a week, the days and hours to be negotiated. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the practice, the delivery of exceptional customer and patient centred care as well as the achievement of key financial and administrative out comes and helping to further develop the business.
Human resource and financial management experience in a small to medium sized business is considered essential. Knowledge and experience of medical practice and software is desirable. Continuing professional development will be supported.
