This company is a global biopharmaceutical company who has developed a range of products offering innovative solutions to patients suffering from Allergy. Due to the success of their launch in the international market, they are extending their team and launching in Australia over the coming weeks. As a result, we have an exciting opportunity to search and select their first 3 local employees that will make up their leadership team.

As Head of Marketing, reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for creating the marketing strategy for this portfolio and building a marketing team around you.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Developing prelaunch and launch marketing plans
• Managing KOL's and building your advisory board
• Recruiting, managing and leading your team of marketers
• Collaborating with your sales and medical cross-functional peers
• Collaborating with you global partners
• Partnering with the business in execution of your plans

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in science, business or related fields
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing success
• Management, coaching, mentoring and leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Candidates with a background in Allergy, Respiratory, Immunology, Paediatrics, Nutrition, Gastroenterology or related fields would be highly regarded however this is not essential. What is more important is your passion for your business and leading a team to win.
