Epichealth is a growing organisation committed to providing high quality medical care.

We are currently seeking an experienced enrolled or registered Nurse to become an integral member of our fully accredited and computerised General Practices (Rostered across our two clinics located in Ocean Grove).  

Working alongside a team of General Practitioners, Nurses and administrative support, you will be part of a professional team environment. You will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and in a fast-paced team environment. You will be available to work throughout the week, including very limited after hours and weekends.

You will be part of a team responsible for, however not limited to, the following: 

• Immunisations
• Assist and support GP's with minor procedures
• Management of recall and reminder systems
• Supporting GP's in chronic disease management- health assessments and care plans
• Sterilisation
• Stock maintenance and ordering
• Blood collection
• ECG and Spirometry
• Wound management
• Infection control & procedures
• Maintaining cold chain management systems
• Pre-Placement medical assessments
• Triage

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

• Must have GP experience
• Immunisation Accreditation certification will be highly regarded
• Competence in phlebotomy and emergency triage will be highly regarded, but not essential
• Previous experience in General Practice
• Proficient computer skills – knowledge of Best Practice an advantage
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated initiative, time-management & flexibility
• Work across two Epichealth clinics both located in Ocean Grove
