Working for this not for proift Aged Care & Community Care provider, the Roster Co-ordinator will be responsible for coordinating and rostering a dedicated and professional team of clinical and non-clinical staff within the residential and community aged care areas.
Reporting directly to the Workforce Planning Manager, the Roster Co-ordinator together with other team members, will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of accurate and innovative rostering services on a 24/7 basis.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Availability for immediate commencement
- Previous Rostering experience in an Aged Care/Community Care or Acute environment
- Previous Time Target rostering experience
- Ability to manage high volume rostering of Nursing, PCA and care staff
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexibility with time as there is the odd requirement for weekend work.
- Current police check
