Our client is a leading Workplace Rehabilitation Provider entering an exciting growth phase. This company offers a comprehensive suite of services in Workplace & Allied Health, ensuring you are well-placed for ongoing development & progression.
Due to repeat business & ongoing growth, this organisation is actively recruiting a Psychologist for their Wollongong team.
Unique role combining Same & New Employer, Early Intervention, Life Insurance & DVA.
The Job:
You will work in a vibrant multi-disciplinary team environment & perform the following:
- Work with a wide range of clients - Workplace Rehab, DVA, Life Insurance & Corporate
- Early intervention - perform clinical assessments & mediation (up to half of your role for Psychs)
- Interesting & complex clients - especially in Life Insurance, working with engaged clients to achieve pre-injury goals
- Proactive case management
- Motivate & engage injured workers in their return to employment
- Attending case conference & liaising with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Vocational assessments & counselling
- Reverse marketing & networking with local employers
- Labour market analysis & research
- EAP
- Provide training & coaching to junior team members, for experienced Consultants

The Ideal Candidate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology & AHPRA Registration (Full or Provisional)
- 1-2 years+ Workplace Rehabilitation &/or Clinical experience
- Thrives in a results-driven environment & assisting clients achieve outcomes
- A positive & energetic approach
