THE ORGANISATION & THE FACILITY 
Nationwide provider with facilities across Australia. They have a great organisation and are known for their unique training and development programs to develop your managerial skills.
The facility is a medium to large facility in the Redland Bay area. You will be supported by a down to earth Facility Manager and there are specialists in the facility to support you.


THE ROLE
Your main responsibility will be to provide the highest level of clinical care and customer service to all your resident's and their family. Some of your duties will include:

• Manage and support your care staff team; you will have a highly supportive and experienced team to work with you and make your job easier. They have a great family-bond in the aged care home and have excellent communication.
• You will oversee the ACFI, Quality and further educate / mentor your team. 
• Excellent customer service to all residents and their families

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Current registered nurse qualification and AHPRA registration
• Care Manager / Deputy Facility Manager experience required
• 5+ years aged care experience
• Excellent understanding of accreditation and continuous improvement within an aged care facility
