We are seeking an experienced administrative professional who enjoys the challenge of a busy, professional and supportive environment. The Practice Manager will help lead and manage our well-established practice.
Growth Psychology Practice is a private psychology practice based in Geelong. We have a team of 10 psychologists who help people make meaningful changes. For further information on us please consult our website;

You will have experience in book-keeping and accounting packages (Zero, MYOB or equivalent), sound people management skills, exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills, well developed multi-tasking skills, a professional demeanour, and preferably prior experience in healthcare administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Book keeping;
- General reporting;
- Staff Management;
- Supporting the Practice Owner;
- Rostering of staff and occasional front of house dutes;
- Practice development activities
