We are looking for a Casual Experienced Dental Assistant to work 20-25 hours per week in our small friendly practice at Wellers Hill. You must also be available to cover staff sick days and holidays as well.
Our practice provides general and cosmetic dentistry as well as Crown and Bridge and Implant surgery.
This position requires the successful applicant to be experienced in all areas of Dental Assisting as well as reception duties including Hicaps claiming. You must also possess a certificate in Dental Assisting.
Duties will include:
- General Patient Care
- All aspects of chair side assisting
- Infection control and sterilisation
- Surgery set up
- Coordination of lab work
- Reception assisting/administration tasks
- General cleaning
The successful applicant will be:
- Professional with excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and well organised
- Mature minded
- Have a minimum 4 years Dental experience
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
