The Home
This is a reputable, not for profit Aged Care company operating over 40 facilities across New South Wales. They are expanding this particular facility, and there are exciting plans for growth and development, which gives the successful candidate a unique opportunity to be involved in this process. They believe in providing high standards of care and looking after their employees, creating a caring culture across the company.
What you will be doing?
You will be joining a passionate team of individuals who are foccussed on providing the highest standards of care to the residents including care planning, working with residents families to make sure you are focussing on the right kind of care for each resident, attending to personal care, medications and wonund management.
What you will need?
- You will need to be an AHPRA registered Nurse with a solid clinical background
- Ideally you will have have at least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse within Australia.
- Preferably have Aged Care experience
- Familar with ACFI is desireable
- Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams
