Growing modern practice with 5 GPs, 2 psychologists and a nurse seek another experienced receptionist to join the team. This is a part time role over 4 days a week, casual at first changing to permanent on completion of a probation period.
About You:
- Previous general practice experience is essential
- Understanding of private billing as well as Workcover and TAC
- Knowledge of the Privacy Act and how it affects patient queries
- An empathetic nature, and awareness of patient needs
- Ability to be a team player, but also able to work alone
- Flexibility to work one late evening shift (8pm)
- Flexibility to cover others' leave
- Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft an advantage
- Current CPR certification
- A desire for career advancement
