Our Head Office in Hallam provides the buying and stock control functions for over 35 retail pharmacies throughout the Melbourne metropolitan, country Victoria regions along with some Interstate locations.
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate individual for a FULL-TIME role (Monday to Friday) to join our team to manage the Stock/Inventory and Point of Sale for Head Office and associated stores.
About You:
- Experienced Retail Pharmacy Individual with a minimum of 3-5 years in a Retail Pharmacy environment involved in Stock Control and POS
- You are ready for a change from Retail Pharmacy to an Office environment
- You are looking to embrace a new challenge
- You are energetic and customer service driven with considerable POS and Product knowledge, preferably gained in POSWORKS
- A "hands-on" can-do individual who loves to multi-task
A key function to this role is Public Relations between Head Office and the Stores we service, it is imperative that you also have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Time management, organisational and problem solving skills a must
- Excellent communication abilities - verbal and written
- A great telephone technique
- Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills – Excel in particular
- The ability to communicate with a diversity of cultures and clients
- Proven ability to operate under pressure, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Highly customer service focused, delivering outstanding results every time!
- The ability to work unsupervised and take full accountability for getting the job done
- Be able to demonstrate patience and understanding
