The Opportunity
We have a 6-month, fulltime contract opportunity available for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our busy Clayfield clinic.
We look to work with others who are committed to compassionate patient care, by providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You will be on the front line of a dynamic Radiology practice in a multi-faceted role which supports our wider team of radiologists, technicians, and clinical staff. This challenging role will see you booking procedures for all modalities including, CT/Xray, MRI, Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a background in Radiology or experience in medical reception / imaging (desirable).
- Display excellent interpersonal skills.
- Pick up new databases / systems quickly.
- Pride themselves on their meticulous attention to detail.
- Be able to balance competing priorities and tasks while ensuring timely service.

Candidates who are available to travel to our Clayfield clinic are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate must be flexible with hours of work as our Clinic is open from 7am-10pm and weekend work may be required.
