About the role
Estia Taree have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, talented clinician looking to further develop their clinical leadership skills in a senior nursing role, while leading the delivery of care to over 120 residents.
At Estia Health, our team takes great pride in providing our residents with a great experience whilst in our care. The role will involve providing leadership, education and mentorship to the clinical team, whilst resident care and documentation is of a high standard.
About you
You will lead by example and constantly strive to be a positive role model to your team, you are passionate about Aged Care and have strong leadership capabilities. In addition you will have:
- Previous experience in a Registered Nurse in Charge or Clinical Care Coordinator role (or similar)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Aged Care
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent clinical documentation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to effectively lead a team (leadership experience highly regarded)
- Experience working within an Aged Care or similar environment
- High attention to detail
- Prior ACFI experience
- A commitment to keeping yourself and others safe
