About the role
The Medical 2IC is to support the Practice Manager and the management of the Medical Centre in providing services to the medical practitioners, patients, corporate clients, allied health services and other clinic stakeholders. The role will supervise and support the medical reception staff to ensure the smooth running of the front desk and the smooth day to day operations of the clinic.

Skills and experience
Experience in a similar role or relevant industry exposure
Ability to lead teams and effectively deal with conflict
A well-developed understanding of Medicare
Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
Well-developed computer literacy
Customer focused approach
