We are looking for a motivated and committed Medical Receptionist and Administration Support to join our team at Narayani Wellness Medical. We are an integrative medical and naturopathic practice, with our doctors and naturopaths working together, offering joint consults and innovative excellent care.  Our approach emphasis food as medicine, optimising biochemistry and emotional & spiritual well-being, with a clear focus of delivering patient-centred holistic care. We specialise in gut health and healing, mood and emotional well-being and holistic skin naturopathy. 

This exciting role is perfect for a caring and dedicated Medical Receptionist. It is a mixed administration role that is focused on working as a medical receptionist as well as developing patient resources to better support our patients. Alongside this, you will help us to develop our clinical protocols. 

Further position details:

38 hours/week at full time medical receptionist award rates. Position is Monday - Friday. 

You are required to work from the clinic at 357 Nicholson Street Carlton North 3054.

Start date:

Role is available for an immediate start. Training will begin after hiring process.

You have previous experience in a similar role of reception, administration support and customer service.

You hold exceptional computer skills and are quick to learn new systems and procedures.

You are committed to helping Narayani Wellness flourish and spreading the word about our naturopathic services. 

You are willing to commit to weekly team meetings and can be flexible with your hours if need be.
