STRATHPINE FULL TIME (36 hours/4 days per week)

We are a small, friendly team consisting of the owner, pharmacist and two lovely pharmacy assistants. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service at an affordable, discounted price.
Located in Brisbane's northern suburbs and situated next door to a privately-owned medical centre, we maintain a close professional relationship with a team of doctors.
Direct Chemist Outlet has a proven track record of success and growth, and our Strathpine pharmacy is looking for a passionate and motivated pharmacist to help us take it to the next level.
We are open from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, and this role is for 4 full days a week (flexible on which days) when you will be sole pharmacist on duty. No regular weekend or public holiday work is required. The positions starts in mid July.
While working closely with the owner of the business, you will be responsible for:
- Dispensary Management – including stock control, Webstercare DAA packing, professional services, claim processing
- Building relationships with customers
- Promoting business growth and development
- Leadership of a great support team
The successful applicant will have:
- Motivation and enthusiasm for helping people improve their health
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Have a flair with excellent interpersonal and strong relationship building skills
- Outstanding customer service, negotiation and communication skills
- Positive leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and supervise
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong and dedicated work ethic with an eye for detail
- Demonstrate computer literacy – experience with FRED and POSWORKS are advantageous
