Our patient focused dental practice requires a highly motivated, enthusiastic qualified dental assistant /Dental receptionist to become a part of our team. Here at Dental Logic we have a strong belief in comprehensive dental care, we are very passionate and dedicated to providing our patents with an exceptional dental experience.
We are offering a part-time position, Monday-Friday with Wednesday’s off and every second Saturday 8:30am- 1:30pm some nights required. Our practice offers a warm and friendly team environment to work in, with above award wages. This position will require you to be familiar with all areas of the dental field.
Your duties with include but not limited to;
- Chairside assisting
- Steri/float nursing
- Reception
- Restocking and cleaning surgeries and steri
The successful applicant will;
- Certificate III in dental assisting with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Be an Australian resident who holds a current tax file number
- Use and knowledge of D4W an advantage but not essential
- Be a reliable team player
- Meticulous infection control and attention to detail
- Forward thinking and pro-active attitude
- Provide exceptional patient care
- Ability to work under-pressure in a busy environment
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Reception duties including accounts and making appointments(we are willing to train the right person)
