- 38 bed facility. Residents with a range of care needs. Mon-Fri from 0830-1630.

This role would be attractive to an RN with 3-5 years comprehensive experience, wanting the next step into a leadership role - being mentored and supported by a dynamic and committed Director of Client Services
The Role:
Sans Souci Garden’s Care Manager supports the Director of Client Services in the leadership and management of our Sans Souci facility to ensure Thomas Holt delivers on its commitment to our residents, to provide a home environment through a team who are responsive and intuitive to our resident’s care, connection and sense of belonging within Thomas Holt.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join Thomas Holt in the position of Care Manager, to assist the Director of Client Services with the efficient and effective running of our 36 bed facility in Sans Souci. The Care Manager role is full-time.
