Our Health and Wellbeing Unit is seeking an Engagement Officer to join the Care Coordination team at Sunbury Community Health. This position will provide a point of engagement for community members and clients who will access Sunbury Community Health services using National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Home Care Packages funding.
Applicants with a tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Social Work or Nursing and knowledge and experience in the disability sector are encouraged to apply.
