Labourpower is partnering with a national organisation that has over 20 years’ experience in servicing some of Australia’s best known corporate clients with industry leading solutions in Pre-Employment Functional screening, Workplace Rehabilitation, Ergonomics, Injury Prevention and Wellness.
We have an opportunity for a full-time or part-time experienced Rehabilitation Consultant or Occupational Therapist to join our Sydney team. Based in Eastern Creek, you will be working in a busy and dynamic office of 15-20 professionals. You will manage a portfolio in the local area with occasional travel.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Implementations of WHS / RTW programs
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients; including medium and large corporate businesses.
- Results orientated RTW / case management
- Liaise with key stakeholders and build strong relationships with treating professionals, case managers, insurers and other private clients.
Our requirements
You must possess:
- You need to be an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
- Minimum three years’ relevant experience
- Previous experience or understanding of the NSW workplace rehabilitation scheme
- Knowledge of Case Manager software an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills; including report writing and negotiation
