We are currently recruiting for a passionate Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team in Chadstone on a part time basis, approximately 2-3 days per week. 

About the Practice

Positioned in the heart of Melbourne's shopping hub, NDC Chadstone is a beautiful surgery in an ultra convenient location. In our state of the art surgery, we can offer you the opportunity to work with modern equipment and the latest in techniques, in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment.

What are we looking for?

As you will be the first impression of our practice, a vibrant personality and ability to engage with patients is imperative. Your ability to provide exceptional levels of customer care while working seamlessly as part of a team will ensure your success in the role. Working closely with our Business Manager, you'll directly contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our practice as we enhance our services to provide the best oral health service in the area.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience working as a Dental Receptionist
• Capacity to work across reception and occasionally chairside if needed
• Superior interpersonal skills with ability to foster a patient-centric environment 
• Ability to follow clear guidelines, multi-task and work well within a team environment
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in MS Office and D4W
