We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic clinical facilitators who can educate and enlighten Enrolled Nursing students within the clinical stream of their undergraduate experience from Public or Private Hospitals and Aged care facilities.
Clinical facilitators must be able to understand and also be able to communicate with the students on their level of coherence so that you as the clinical facilitator will be able to help them in the progression of their career.
Minimum requirements
- Registered Nurse with Current Registration in NSW and current clinical experience
- Cert IV in training and assessment is Essential
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in nursing is required
- Must have Minimum 3+ years of experience in nursing
- have full vaccination as per NSW guideline
- Valid work rights within Australia
- Be able to Communicate with students in the process of placement.
- Be passionate about educating and developing professional skills in students
- Be encouraging and a team achiever for the best result.
-Have commitment for whole period of placement.
