This occupational rehabilitation provider promotes learning and development. They pride themselves on up-skilling staff, retaining them and keeping them happy in the long term. This provider has a good understanding of a balanced lifestyle, so you won't be back late at night trying to reach crazy billable targets!
The position itself has a good amount of client contact outside the office, plus plenty of time to return to the office (in Sydney's CBD) or home to get everything else done. You will perform vocational assessments, clinical assessments and mediation, psych testing, early intervention, EAP counselling, mental health claims, report writing and return to work services.
You will be degree qualified as a Psychologist (and be fully registered) or be a degree qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling with experience in mental health claims. Finally you will also have experience in occupational rehabilitation.
Being a medium sized rehab provider with a well-regarded reputation and an energised team, every week is different. Some weeks there are sports events, themed days and of course the after work drinks. With this aside, they also have awards and offer a very competitive base salary.
