Your new company
A global pharmaceutical company based in North Sydney are looking for a Senior Project Manager to focus on the compliance of their clinical trial conduct. This exciting and unique opportunity will play a pivotal role in the global clinical operations team, with a focus on Australian clinical trial sites. This pharmaceutical company has a global presence and focuses on a number of therapeutic areas with an exciting pipeline and imminent major product launches. You will sit within a lean and experienced clinical operations team that values experience and expertise. You will work in an organization that has a number of transparent company values within which they recruit, evaluate and reward their staff.
Your new role
As mentioned, you will work as part of lean team that are working towards clinical research excellence. You will be a Senior Project Manager who will focus on vendor management and ensuring clinical trial compliance. You will play an integral role in the clinical operations team. This role will require someone who is comfortable with audits, compliance management, project management and vendor management. This opportunity will require someone who is comfortable with travel and liaising with a key stakeholders in the clinical research field. You will be engaged in the functional management of clinical operations staff but will not have any line management duties. You will be an independent self-starter who thrives on clinical research excellence and driving study success.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this niche role, you will require a life sciences degree or equivalent tertiary qualification. You will have a number of years experience in Project Management in the clinical research space in the CRO, Pharma or Biotech space. You will thrive on the opportunity to travel extensively, naturally look at the bigger picture and enjoy liaising with all stakeholders involved in clinical trials. You will autonomous, diplomatic and have excellent communication skills. You will enjoy sitting as part of a highly functioning, experienced global team. You will have worked across a multitude of therapeutic areas and study phases.
