We are an innovative, relationship driven and rapidly growing health provider, seeking an experienced client services officer for a full time role in our Melbourne CBD office.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service both on the phone and via email, taking ownership in providing the clients you assist with the best service possible.  You will appreciate working with a variety of customers from many industries and have an interest in building a career in helping people within a national Employee Assistance Program (EAP) organisation. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Understanding client's needs and providing solutions to queries on a case-by-case basis
• Triaging incoming EAP calls, intake activities and appointment scheduling
• General administration

• Proven experience in dealing with a diverse customer base
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
• A solutions-focused approach to handling customer queries
• Ability to manage changing workloads and meet deadlines
• Strong administration skills with a desire to learn new systems and develop your skills
