The Role: As Enrich Living Services is rapidly growing and expanding nationally, we are seeking a Permanent Full Time Client Relationship Manager to join our Growth and Strategy Team on the Gold Coast, Queensland. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional growth targets by driving client conversion through optimisation of the sales funnel and meeting the businesses' local area growth objectives, nurture all potential leads, collaborate with new client intake team and improve funnel conversion statistics and ongoing liaison with other business teams and the Client Services team to ensure clients needs are fulfilled effectively;
  • Drive new client growth and nurture relationships with our approved partners by being an advocate of our brand and promote the benefits of choosing us as a provider of choice;
  • Gather market intelligence on key competitors and develop tactics with Commercial Strategy Manager and the team to compete in the market;
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure delivery of agreed customer experience elements, provide feedback on key market learnings to ensure clear brand propositions;
  • Work proactively with National Business Development Manager to establish and maintain local area B2B relationships including but not limited to Village Managers of our agreed partner villages AND attend networking, community education, expo, village open days and shopping centres to actively promote Enrich Living Services and ensure timely and accurate reporting on activity outcomes.  

The successful person for this role will have high standards of communication and customer service skills, have well developed interpersonal skills and outstanding written skills.  In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Desire to deliver the highest standards of client service across diverse clients groups;
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Services related roles;
  • Ability to develop and implement a sales plan;
  • Clinical, Aged Care or Home Care experience (highly desirable);
  • National Police Certificate current within the past 6 months;
  • A valid C Class Driver’s Licence.
