Our client, a newly created global pharmaceutical company based in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Medical Lead with a passion for Women's Health to join their Leadership Team. You will be responsible for the overall medical leadership of the business, the point of contact with key opinion leaders and accountable for the successful delivery of the Medical Affairs strategies.
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Provide support on clinical programs, education, reimbursement activities, research, etc. You will manage all the medical approvals, lead advisory boards and you will be able to engage with KOLs and conduct appropriate trainings to support sales and marketing teams.
- Act as the key Medical support for the overall business
- Spend time in the field, building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and other relevant key stakeholders
- Mentoring and training of sales and marketing teams (from a medical perspective), providing therapeutic area/indication (Women’s Health) training
To be considered for the role, you will ideally be MD or PhD qualified, with at least 5 years Medical Affairs experience working in relevant senior positions, and a keen interest and passion for Women's Health.
