The Location:
You will be living just 20 minutes from a peaceful seaside town away which is famous for its fish and chips and delicious fresh seafood. Some of Western Australia’s best beaches, coral gardens, fishing spots and restored heritage buildings can be found on this peninsula and its surrounding islands. The town has a population of around 300 people and is a popular holiday resort and recreation centre for the region with a caravan park, quality restaurants and boutique accommodation.
  
The role
You will be working alongside an SMO, 2 RN’s, 3 Aboriginal health workers, a practice manager and administration staff. They run an open clinic Monday to Friday (half an hour is allocated morning and afternoon to checking results/other paperwork), with no on call so your weekends will be free to relax and explore the area. A range of visiting specialists provide services including an obstetrician, cardiologist, peadiatrician, and ophthalmologist. They use Communicare software. 
  
The dates:

• 23 July - 10 Aug 

Locum Benefits:

• Monday to Friday- 8.30am to 4.45pm. No hospital, nursing home or home visits. 
• $1200 per day (+GST if registered)
• Flights, car and accommodation
