About the business
Super Rehab Home Based Therapy provides therapy at client's home for their convenience and comfort. We have been delivering high quality Home-Based Allied Health Services for elderly people and people living with disability since 2013. We are based in Leichhardt and we service most Sydney Metropolitan areas, including Inner West, Inner City, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Sydney, Western and Southern Suburbs.
Our Home-Based Allied Health Services include:
• Occupational therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Exercise Physiology
• Massage Therapy
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing initial assessment and ongoing treatment to elderly clients and clients with disabilities
• Producing thorough and accurate documentation and completing funding application reports (if required)
• Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication

Skills and experience
• Experience working in the community to provide Home-Based Allied Health Service
• Ability to work effectively and with empathy
• Understand the complex needs of elderly clients and clients with physical disability
• Current AHPRA Registration, police check and Australian driver's license
