Due to growth from continued customer satisfaction and expansion of our service offerings - we are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver a range of occupational rehabilitation, treatment and corporate health services.

Recovery Partners is offering a multifaceted role which will allow you to develop or apply a unique skill set across;
- Occupational Rehabilitation,
- Corporate Health Services
The role of Rehabilitation Consultant includes the following tasks:
- Providing Return-to-Work Coordinator services to Recovery Partners clients;
- Providing Rehabilitation Case Management services to Recovery Partners clients under WorkSafe VIC, Comcare & Life Insurance schemes;
- Providing one-off assessments to Recovery Partners clients e.g.: Workplace Assessment and Functional Assessments;
- Delivering service lines to our customers within our corporate health portfolio such as;
- Pre-employment health assessments
- Manual handling training
- Health checks & Wellbeing training
- Ergonomic assessments
- Negotiating positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders;
- Complying with WorkSafe accreditation standards for Return to Work Coordinators and Workplace Rehabilitation Case Managers;
- Opportunities to learn and deliver WHS consultancy services once qualified
We are looking for that little bit extra, so join us if you have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology/ Rehabilitation Counselling/ Exercise Physiology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with AHPRA / ESSA or ASORC
- Comcare, Life, RTWC, WorkSafe VIC experience
- WHS qualifications desirable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to apply evidence based techniques into organisational setting
- Drivers License
- Sense of humour
